About Skin Things
Skin Things first opened its salon doors back in 2005 with a vision to provide natural, simple, high-quality skin care products. The Skin Things range grew year on year, continuously evolving to customers' needs. One thing that will always remain is the all-natural approach to skincare.
In 2017, Lee Boys bought the business and hasn’t looked back since.
As the owner of The Organik Cafe, Store and Living, she experienced customers enquiring as to what natural and organic-based skin care she would suggest. As a long-term customer of Skin Things, the response was always, “Go and see the girls at Skin Things”- So when the business came on the market, it was a natural decision to take on ownership.
“It sounds like a set-up story, but it really is a case of I loved the products so much and went to the salon for my beauty needs, so when Skin Things came on the market, it was a bit of a no-brainer. A small, personal approach salon with beautiful skincare that is natural and works, I recommend it to all our customers at Organik - so why not”.
Having a strong belief in looking after yourself but combining this with the understanding that you get busy and oftentimes life gets in the way, Lee wanted to create a space where people would feel calm as soon as they walked in the door. The devoted team at Skin Things take pride in creating a sanctuary where clients feel looked after and cared for.

Skin Things truly is like a little family, and we continue to provide our wonderful customers with excellent service and deliver a salon that feels relaxed as soon as you walk in the door.
About Nourished Skin
After purchasing Skin Things in 2017, we set about rebranding the Skin Things product range. Keeping the incredible products the same, we evolved the branding and packaging, transforming the range into “Nourished Skin”.
We consistently work with customers and volunteer testers (also known as family and friends) to deliver new and exciting products. All of the Nourished Skin products have an emphasis on natural ingredients, are easy to use and deliver a simple approach to skincare.
“Nourished Skin” is proudly our very own range of skin care products. We make each product in small batches and use Nourished Skin exclusively in salon.
Nourished Skin is produced using only the highest quality organic essential oils, butters, clays and raw materials. The entire range is vegan and, of course, never tested on animals, ever.
All of our packaging is sustainable and compostable. We use glass containers where possible. However, where we do use plastic, it’s PBA-free and recyclable. At our core, we love the environment almost as much as we love skincare. Although we’re only a small business, we understand how meaningful our impact is on the environment.
